I purchased 30days EE wifi plan because I have just relocated and waiting for broadband installation. The speed sometimes drops to 1Mbps but it doesn't matter because internet speed is not guaranteed as stated in t&c.
However, regardless using my MSI laptop, HP chromebook, Samsung smartphone or iphone, the connections drop randomly, both when using the devices and putting them aside. It asks me to login again and again. This is annoying TBH.
There are some posts on this forum but there are no solutions. I have tried all recommended steps and they do not help. (Like resetting network settings, restart devices, or forgetting wifi connection and start over again)
Please help on this issue as the connection is really not reliable at the moment.
