EE Wifi hotspot won't log in

I have both home broadband and mobile (4 lines on my mobile account). When I'm in a public space my phone will often ping telling me I can connect to an EE Wifi hotspot, but it never ever works. When I go to log on I click the box that I am an EE Broadband customer, put in my user name and password, but it just goes round in circles and takes me back to the same page. I'v tried this on several different devices, so I feel that it is my EE account and not my phone that is the issue. The banner when I am logging in says that "All EE account customers and BT Broadband customers get free access to EE Wifi across millions of hotspots", so I don't understand why it has never worked for me?

Thanks!

Good luck with that I’ve been trying to use it for over a year and it still doesn’t work ever.

I have both broadband and a mobile account now on EE as I was forced to go with EE from BT a couple of years ago used to have literally no issues with BT now I rarely get 2 bars on my phones so normally just one bar and 5 g is non extant and that’s everywhere so when I’m out it’s most of the time imperative I get some kind of connection and hotspot WiFi used to be very helpful.

EE SERVICE IS SUB STANDARD AT BEST AND AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS UP IM GONE.

@Keeno07 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? You could be on EE legacy BB. In which case you don't have free access to EE WiFi.

Mine is Essentials fiber 67 so I should and am entitled  to use the service it would be nice to even get 5g once in a while on my mobile phone but I never get that….. I am a network engineer and have worked on every network in the country and EE are by far the worst and most unreliable network period

When I spoke to someone via the chat on the EE app. They said any customers
use it legacy or new account holders.

I've only recently joined in August and it was working perfectly until last
week. Now I get to the page after I entered my details and the 2 coloured
circles just spin and doesn't connect me to it.

Er your just telling me what I already know

absolutely no help whatsoever what’s the point in responding if you can’t give any valid information or responses ….. ridiculous.

Er if you read above you'll see that I'm facing the same issue so if was as
rude as you I could've responded to your first comment in the same manner.
Grow up.

@Keeno07 : Well, I dunno what you know. So I've confirmed what you already know from the facts you provided. There's no more that can be said here. You'll need to take it up with EE if you're not getting what you are entitled to. I can get on public  EE WiFi when I'm out-&-about as I too have New EE Home BB.
