EE Wifi hotspot won't log in

I have both home broadband and mobile (4 lines on my mobile account). When I'm in a public space my phone will often ping telling me I can connect to an EE Wifi hotspot, but it never ever works. When I go to log on I click the box that I am an EE Broadband customer, put in my user name and password, but it just goes round in circles and takes me back to the same page. I'v tried this on several different devices, so I feel that it is my EE account and not my phone that is the issue. The banner when I am logging in says that "All EE account customers and BT Broadband customers get free access to EE Wifi across millions of hotspots", so I don't understand why it has never worked for me?

Thanks!

Well not for me been trying to sort this for months myself thought I’d just try posting on here as I’ve exhausted every other avenue and still nothing is working.

No you don’t I’ve tried for over 6 months.

Tried all this numerous times and no help at all.

Same issue here. What is going on? Why won't they fix this frustrating issue. Even a pass key doesn't work

@Mpinchun : Are you an EE New Home BB or BT BB user? It's only available to them, not mobile BB.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

So are you saying it's not available to existing customers. If so, why not. I pay my bill just like everyone else so why should I be treated as not as important? After all it's the customers that keep ee in business. Without us there is no business
