EE HH20C with other SIM card not working

Hi,

I am trying to use a Vodafone SIM in a EE HH20C, firmware : V01.12, modem and it does not see to even get network signal on my modem, I think the modem is locked to EE network only, Is there a way to change this restriction.

How old is it? After Dec. 2021 it shouldn't be locked.

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no.

Call CS or if you got it new after Dec. '21 don't worry about it.
