I am PAYG customer, topped up, had 3GB data, 3 days later it had all gone after several hours of internet surfing. This never happened before, I was told it was normal through chat with agent and was merely asked if I wanted to add data. Now when I log in there is no top up option and it says ACCOUNT CLOSED

The team will be able to delete your account and set it back up for you.
