Hi @btota,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You can change from 5GHz to 2.4GHz by logging in to your router at 192.168.1.1 and selecting Settings > WiFi.

Hope this helps.

James

Hi @julietwade5785

Thanks for coming here.

Is the SIM card pay as you go or pay monthly?

Have you been able to connect to the internet previously?

Leanne 🙂

Hi, James,

What Password do I need to Log into my Mini hub to change settings, when I put its password in it rejects it,when I put my EE password in I used to log in here it also rejects it.

Please advise

Thanks

Mandy

@Ma218 : You need the router's admin password. Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover.

MyEE has nowt to do with routers.
