Hi,
the link you posted does not work and I cannot find how to check my balance/data usage for a 4gee mini wifi router. I have the app and have tried the link too.
Best wishes

Hi @Nazneen37
Can you try the link when connected to the WiFi device and open this link here - add-on.ee.co.uk does this work for you?

@Nazneen37 : Check that the link doesn't start with "https:" but with "http:".

Hi,
Also, just to confirm this is a mini 4g device, that I am using my mobile to connect to. My normal network is not EE and the micro SIM is in the 4g mini device.
Best,
Nazneen

Yes, that's what the link is intended for.
EDIT: Hello, it's happening to me now. When you click on the link or type it out with it starting "http://" & it comes up with "Forbidden!" have a look at the full URL in the Address Bar & see if it now starts with "https://". If so, edit it back to "http://".
