Data gifting

so I have a phone on a contract sim for unlimited data and I also have a tablet on a contract with a 5gb sim and I always get 5gb every month but everytime I try to send data from my unlimited data phone contract sim to my tablet contract sim it don’t let me 

and it says we can’t pull up the data for this right now will work this out soon blah blah .. am I eligible to share data to my own tablet form my phone which are both contract sims
