BEWARE OF EE - I signed with an 18 month contract  with 3 months left to go, looking to redeem noticed I pay £60! A month for broadband!!!! the same contract is now £20 a month with 3 months free, spoke with EE  for 2 hours on  live chat where I was told I had to pay £160 exit fee to then start a new contract which they though was a " deal",  then i stated i would like to cancel when due in June, l in which they said I need to wait 30 days before the contract ends as they would not put a note in now,

As you can imagine I have paid  £900 so far for a contract people are paying £300!!!!!! for an 18 month contract..

Please be aware of this when getting a contract with them as their customer service in India is appalling  I would rate them zero if I could absolutely shocking.

5G Home Broadband

Say hello to super-fast speeds with our 5G hub. It’s our best broadband for working from home.

I can't see how you could've had 5 increases in 15 months unless you upsized your data over that period. There can have been no more than 2 CPI+ annual increases over that period.

@Toxic1234uk , that is three website, nothing to do with EE, different network.

The thing is, if you had rung EE as you were coming close to the minimum term, you could have had a lower price deal, possibly.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Your actually right! 😲 I'm looking on threes website comparing them haha! sorry my wrong! i was being a moron

It's not a problem, it happens mate 🙂 - you do need to go complain to Three though
