I am abroad and when I log into my account it doesn’t shows my broadband bill since you switch over to the digital phone. Is there a free phone number I can phone from abroad EE to pay my broadband bill? I don’t have roaming I am in Hungary.

I'm sorry you are having trouble paying your bill online.

You can see how to get in touch when you are abroad here ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/contacting-abroad, rates would depend on the carrier you are using.
