Bought EE Wifi And Got Kicked Off?

Ok so, earlier today i had bought 5 days EE wifi access for 20 GBP. A few minutes later i was kicked off and when i tried to log back in it said my account didn't exist?i really dont know why it did that. It started saying that after i had already reset my password. (Why let me reset it in the first place if the account doesnt exist???) 

I really have no clue why or how it did this.
