I bought a mobile router (Amazon) and £15 EE voucher with SIM card (Tesco). List the voucher receipt so topped up another £15. I get “no internet connection”. Man at EE shop said top up has been loaded but the plan hasn’t been activated”. Trying to find a number to call EE to see if they can activate but cannot find the option for PAYG besides topping up. I have no wifi and signal is bad where I am. Will have broadband (with another provider) on 22 July. Until then, I need wifi to work on the router so that I don’t have to keep going outside to get 2 bars of signal to send a simple WhatsApp!

@Gemini315 Do you think that a mobile Hub is going to get any better a signal than what your mobile get's? Pick one from the many help options.

@Gemini315 The mobile router is going to use the same cellular connection as your phone if your phone is on EE. So if you have to go outside to get a cellular connection on your phone the router will also have the same connection as your phone indoors. It might be better if the router was next to a window though.
