@CG129 : You don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB. You link it by its mobile no.

@CG129 What about it, if you have an EE account you will have one!

I’m trying to link my mobile broadband to my ee account.
I’ve got account number but it’s asking for billing account number and not matter what number I use it doesn’t accept it.
Where do I get it?

Exactly what I’m wondering. I have account number & bill reference number. None of them work.

Hi @Elliso1,

Welcome to the EE Community

If it is a mobile broadband device you are using rather than fixed line broadband, make sure you are selecting the Mobile customers option when linking a product not the broadband option. It should then ask for a mobile number, enter the mobile number for the router.

It will text a PIN to the router number, which you can then get by going to 192.168.1.1 on your web browser whilst connected to the router. Login here, the details will be on your keep me card or also on the bottom/back of the router itself. You can then access the text messages for the router to confirm the PIN and complete the link up to your online account.
