Admin password on 4g mobile hub

I have received the unlocking code for my 4g hub but it also asks for the admin password. I have tried 'admin' and the passwords on the back of the router but no joy. My contract has now ceased, could this be why?

You contract or otherwise has nowt to do with getting into the router. What model mobile router is it anyway?

It's a 4gee router

There are many such. Isn't there a model/name on the label? Or post a pix.

Yes the model is B625-261

Have you tried factory resetting it in case the pwd has been changed from the default on the label? There should be a pinhole somewhere that you press down for 5-10 secs with a pin.

Thanks, I've reset and still no joy. Pretty sure it shouldn't be this difficult 😕

Hi @Dawn_T,

Please note the password is case sensitive, are you entering exactly as it is printed on the label?

James

Hi

Yes I've made sure that I have entered it correctly.

I've tried 'admin' and the Web UI password on the label but nothing seems to work

OK, thanks @Dawn_T

I recommend speaking with our technical support team to see if they're able to help with this.
