Adding data to 4g wifi mini

Every time i top up on the My ee app i am then unable to use the top up to buy add on for my wifi mini

All i ever get on the page is 'sorry we are trying to fix this page' I only use my ee pay as you go sim in the wifi mini not in a phone therefore i can not call 150 for assistants & my contracted mobile phone with a different provider doesnt allow me to call the ee customer service number

How am i supposed to add data to my wifi mini?

@traceybeckett46 : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.
