EE mast North Uist

Hello, 

EE worked like a dream when I set up my wireless broadband last year, but last few months have turned into a nightmare. Even TV doesn't work. Apparently EE need to work on the mast but it doesn't seem to be very urgent judging by how long it's taking. Does anyone in the know have any idea when it will be fixed? Can't work or anything like this. It's very annoying paying monthly for something that doesn't work!!

I wouldn't read too much into the delays to a fix - depending on the nature of the fault, it simply may not be straightforward or there may be transport issues to the outer Hebrides. Is there a fault recognised on the status checker ?

Do you have an EE mobile, and is that similarly affected? What are the issues you're having with the mobile network, and where on north Uist are you?
