EE disconnected my BB impacting my work life balance. Apparently a BOT error.
We are not happy!
As an short term fix they sent a new router and a hybrid hub.
Setup was frustrating, kit was not tested before sending, sim card tray was loose and did not connect, manual intervention required.
Finally got it connected, speed of 0.02mps, connect states London when I am in the North West.
Utter tosh shambles, need this resolving urgently and pointing to a better mast.
Been with EE for over 12yrs, worst experience ever!

Got sent one as EE disabled my BB account by (bots) mistake and what a load of tosh.
Connection speed 00.2mps cannot work from home or use netflix etc.
So disappointed

I am very sorry to hear of your experience.
Do you have any other EE devices experiencing the same speeds in the area?
Have you tried restarting the WiFi device?
