Yeah I’ve lost all broadband in my flat, the check service status also doesn’t say anything, it literally is blank. It’s been over 72 hours since I sent a message to support who still haven’t responded. I absolutely hate it when we’re left in the dark with issues with no response or without any ETAs.

@user4545 : Which EE BB plan are you on with which router?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Unlimited data sim inside a TP-Link router. The problem as it stands seems fixed back to ~45Mbps, but still no communications from EE support. I'm assuming a mast repair/upgrade was being carried out but would have loved to hear that.

@user4545 : Have you Check service status having given your post code there on the Network Status Checker and reported your problem via that link?
