I am trying to connect Philips Hue lights to the app but it requires a 2.4ghz wifi connection and it can be done if I can access to 5GEE router by changing the Wi-Fi setting to 2.4ghz. When I try to log in it keep on showing 'incorrect password' I have tried to reset the router but no luck. I have been using the original password and never used or changed to another password. If anyone can help me out and navigate me how to log in/change to 2.4ghz settings please? Many Thanks!

Ive got an identical issue. Among plenty of others with this device. But what is the fix for my password not working?! @Christopher_G @Leanne_T
