Hello, I’m having multiple problems with my 5G Wifi box.
1. I have it plugged in at all times, and yet the power light is constantly flashing as if I have less than 20% battery.
2. The connection keeps dropping out. The box will be connected for anything from a few minutes to a few hours (with flashing power light), then drop, and when I look at the lights, they’re all off except the flashing power light. I then have to reset the box to force it to reconnect. (It actually literally did it as I was typing this, about 10 minutes after I reset it.)
is there anything I can do to fix this? It’s making the box unusable as when I do manage to get a connection at all, it doesn’t last very long.

Sorry to hear about your 5G WIFI box facing an issue.
First step is to perform a factory reset on the box to see if that works.
If you're still facing a problem after that you'll need to call Customer Service so the technical team can investigate further if there is a physical fault.
