WiFi doesn’t show

Hi. It’s a couple of days that internet connection is gone suddenly. The router has a solid green light, then flashing green light and then orange for a couple of seconds and then restart again. I tried to turn on/off ecc. Still can’t see any WiFi .

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?
