anyone else having problems with the ee smart hub pro wifi disconnecting continuously since last week no wifi device can stay connected for long ee support useless just want to send engineer for a wifi issues they cant fix 2nd hub pro already. no issues using old bt hub 5. or with wired devices. google pixel do show security error cannot connect due to current security settings already tried comp wifi just the same.

@Thommyk556 Been a few google pixel user's posted and always managed to get fixed and working. Never mind mind you have tried a few routers so EE may have to come see!

everything was great till last week when it started all devices disconnect for a few seconds then connect. iphone not show any errors just an android device shows that. but wired xbox etc work great

@Thommyk556 You may just wish to power the router off for 10 minutes, and see how it does when restarted. At least the wired connection seems to be healthy and working fine on it!

If all wifi devices have this problem, you could always add your own wifi router and test it. You can also look at the smarthub logs see if anything funny is going on during a disconnect.
