EE wifi hasnt worked since we switched

when we switched we have been promised multiple different speeds all over 20mb/s. we also got promised a smooth easy transfer from our previous wifi company. since we switched the wifi has not worked at all we have been lucky to even get 10mb/s and that lasted all of an hour. we have constantly tried reaching out to get it sorted. the only thing which comes from this is an engineer comes out tells us everything is fine and leaves as fast as they can. I have tried ringing EE multiple times today and the call doesnt even ring once before it call fails for me, I also tried messaging the ai they have on the app about 4 times for it to never respond also.

@Sjmh : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
