Hi
I’m trying to access the smart hub manager but the connection just times out. I’ve tried on multiple devices, both wired and Wi-Fi connected to the hub but nothing connects.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

@Coneve Have you tried rebooting the router?

There's no such thing as a 4gEE Smart Hub. Just which router do you mean?
What is the IP addy you are using to access it?

The model is : 4gEE router
I tried to access the hub manager with the 192.168.1.254 or http://eehub as I’ve seen other advice on here. Must not be the right thing tho

@Coneve : If that's a 4GEE WiFi router you access it from http://192.168.1.1 . You are reading articles about the fixed BB EE Smart Hub router but you have a mobile router.

sorry I should have said I was trying to set up some port forwarding and when I accessed the router there was no options to do this…all I could do was access my account. I thought I must be on the wrong thing. Is there a way I can do this?

If it's the 4GEE Wifi mobile router I'm thinking of, it has no Port Forwarding facilities. Why do you need them?
