Morning Merry Xmas everyone. Our MiFi device we bought for our campervan 120Gb valid for a year ( valid till April 2023) the last 3 times we have been out wont connect to the network (EE) just gets a red LED (should go blue when it connects to mobile data. I have checked in my account there is loads of data left. so any clue as to why it wont connect? Thanks in advance

Hi @Northerner so it turns out even though you pre pay the Data and it is valid for 1 year if you don't add credit to the mifi within 6 months it suspends the number. Its a legal thing apparently. Turns out its a simple fix dialing 150 from my mobile and the agent sorted it straight away. Simpler fix would have been if I could have flicked a switch from the app to save the agent
