Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone here having the same issue with the devices stopped connecting to the Wifi Extender 7 Pro and connected to the Smart Hub 7 Pro instead.
I had this problem before and it is happening again. My Wifi Extender Pro is placed in a perfect distance from the Main Hub and its showing strong signal and online. Everything was perfectly working fine for over a year where some of my devices were connected to the Extender 7 Pro and couple of weeks ago I noticed my devices aren't showing the full wifi signal and checked that all of my devices are now connected to the Main Hub and those devices that were connected to the extender are struggling while connecting to the main hub.
I did all the troubleshooting as I am well knowledgeable with network connections but still nothing works or my devices aren't connected still to the extender.
As this is just sudden and I did not touch anything for over a year that it was working fine. Is this could be a software issue?
PS: Resetting and linking back the extender to the main hub is not the most efficient for this 7 Pros.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Are the suggestions in Top Tips for pairing your WiFi Extenders to the Smart Hub 7 Pro of any help?

@foxxxx You are aware the 7 Pro just got FW updated a few weeks ago? It's also now a pinned post with some insight to what is getting done. Linked it below for you anyway. Web manager interface and the Advanced wireless/Extenders area, is the place to be looking at, https://192.168.1.254 to get on the Hub. Latest version below, and the date is the first posted up so could be earlier time wise.
FW: r4.29.1-R-1930437-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version 3.14.5 27/07/2026
