I have had issues ever since I got this ee 4g wifi when I moved house in March - we can’t have fixed internet where I am, hence why I have had to go for the 4g option. It’s a small white box and it has no buttons etc on it except the on / off / reset button. It drops out ALL the time on my work computer but when you run speed tests it’s says they are good, speed tests good on my phone when that’s connected to it too. I’m right on top of a mast so when I speak to EE they can’t seem to understand the issues I’m having and I’ve got nowhere. Rang different providers and none can give me speeds above about 10mbps through fixed internet so it’s not an option to change. Today my tv is connected to the internet and fire stick says it is but then I just get spinny wheel when try and watch something - in short, I’ve researched and saw some thing about splitting 5ghz and 2.4 ghz and could give that a try but how, on this small white box with absolutely nothing on it?
