I bought a 4G mobile Device and it seems to have run out of data as it’s no longer working. The device came with the top up card, but I cannot find out how to top it up as when I called the number he asked for a mobile phone number which of course I do not have. How do I Top up?

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
