4g mobile wifi router

Hey folks

i bought a 4g wifi router last year to take on a caravan holiday.. we are taking it away again this year but i cant get into the account to top the device up its asking for a mobile number and i cant find the original email with it. I have the original packing and i have the sime but cant find the number

Only thing I can think of put your SIM in your phone then go to settings and at the bottom press ABOUT PHONE then you might see the number on SIM information bit under the IMEI number it might very depending on phone
