I bought a 4G Mini Mobile Wifi, EE Unlocked PAYG router to take on holidays. The EE sim I was sold for it is actually for a mobile. I now seem to have a monthly contract instead of PAYG. Also the router won't add to EE website, and the type isn't shown anywhere so I couldn't top it up even if I wanted to. Any ideas?

@MrsAnneK : Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say, obscuring your mobile no.?

The screen says my Plan has 11 days left. I have loads of data on it, so I don't need to add anymore. It doesn't say what the 'Plan' is.

It says £0.00. Why would I need to have a credit balance?

To buy another pack when your current 1 runs out.
It tells you are on PAYG, not a monthly contract.
