I have a 4g dongle thing. I can't get broadband. But I was ensured that 5g was coming and signal would be great.
However netflix will not work on my hisense TV
Zoom will not work on my work laptop. Nor with the VPN
The tech team spent too long talking rather than listening. They didn't want to help. Apparently I'm stuck in this contract that doesnt work.
Is there a solution to this? Or do I must give up?
Felling frustrated and very mugged off by EE and their lack of support.
