4GEE Wifi Mini from EE (small yellow black color box that is approx 3"x3"x1/2")

I have the subject matter...4GEE Wifi Mini from EE (small yellow black color box that is approx 3"x3"x1/2")...for the last 4 years - it worked fine. When I try to access "My account" or "My text", a pop-up appears requesting for Username and password. I never got this working since Day 1. There is nothing on internet that could assist that I gave up.

Today I had to get a new sim becos old sim was canx due to inactivity. Its a back-up. If my home wifi is working, I dont ever think to go by a few MBs £3 to keep it active.

I dont recall changing the password. I looked up the user guide ICON, it reads username and password = admin. I typed this in and error message reads username or password is incorrect.  How do I re-set this.  Thank you - cindy

@foocindy  If you’ve never changed the default user and password both of them are “admin”.  So you need to put admin as the user name and admin as the password.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hello Chris,

Thank you. As per my post, I did do that. When I did that, username = admin, password = admin, I am getting an error message that reads "username or password is incorrect". What is next for me?

Factory reset it with a pin in the reset hole for about 10 secs & it should come back with creds = "admin"/"admin".
