5GEE router

Good Afternoon Everyone, Simple question but cant find the answer in anywhere. This 5gEE router 2021 provided by EE, will work in a area with 4g coverage only? Thank you

Upload on 4GEE router upload speeds poor.

I am getting 15-30Mbs download but only 0.5 upload. I do a lot of work using Zoom, Teams etc and the speed is an issue. Any help would be appreciated. Does an external arial booster or lte antennae make a difference? if so what ones would you recomme...
