4GEE WiFi Password

Tancock

Hello,

Please help. I changed my WiFi password on my 4GEE mobile dongle and I can't remember what I changed it to.

I need to sign in new devices and I can't for the life of me remember what I changed it to!?

Is there a way I can reset back to the original password?

TIA

Michelle

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.

I'm not sure what you mean? I've tried to log in following the link http://192.168.1.1  and nothing happens.

Whatever you are doing that on will need to be connected to the router by cable, as you can't connect by WiFi cuz you forgot its pwd. Does your device have a USB port & have you the USB cable for the router?

Alternatively, can you factory reset the router & use the default WiFi pwd on its label?

Hi @Tancock,

There is a small hole on the underside of the 4GEE device that can be used to reset the devices password.

Here is an example.
