My 4GEE WiFi Mini 2020 not working is just showing all 4 lights flashing blue and I can't seem to shake it into life holding the power button down for 10 seconds or using the factory reset option. Anyone know what the problem is and more importantly the fix ?

Do you have an EE phone, @pmillar1970?
If you do, is that working OK?
Is your 4GEE WiFi pay as you go or pay monthly?

Thanks for confirming @pmillar1970.
Because your phone is working OK I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 so our technical care team can run some tests.
Please be sure to keep us updated.

Perhaps a little late, but, a solution which works:
All four lights flashing on the 4GEE WiFi Mini EE71. None of the standard ways of resolving this issue worked for me which included: removing battery, pressing reset button, powering back on (all variations, including pressing buttons for a period of time. Not even the local EE store could resolve this.
The SOLUTION:
Plug the 4GEE WiFi Mini USB device into a PC USB port, it worked and provided internet access. Unplugged it and it still worked as a hotspot device. I am assuming the USB interrogation when the device was plugged into the PC USB port pulled the device out of its confused state.
Happy surfing for anyone that finds this solution helpful.
