4GEE WIFI MINI NOT CONNECTING

Hi,

 

I have a 4GEE wifi mini, when i first got it it worked perfectly. But just recently it wont connect to the internet so im unable to connect to the wifi on my phone. I turn it on and it has all 4 lights are a solid blue and they stay on. I have tried restarting it, taking battery and sim card off. And plugged it in also. Anyone have any ideas whats wrong with it?

Yes I have restarted router

If I take it into an EE shop will they be able to help

I put the sim card in an old telephone and it connected to the internet

The SIM card is working, which indicates the router is causing this for you. 

Could you try popping the SIM back in and using the reset button on the back of the router holding for a few seconds until the device resets.

I pressed the reret button, all four blue lights came on for a few seconds then the left hand light (four vertical lines shortest on left hand side increasing to longest on right hand side) went orange, the next light went off then after two seconds came back on blue (this one looks like the internet indicator on my laptop), the next light went off and stayed off (This one has an enveloppe) the last one stayed blue (looks like a battery )

No, I get action needed no internet.

The 4GEE Wifi Mini webpage opened but said 4GEE disconnected Signal not available

Had the excat same issue worse thing is it's 2 days old . Absolutely terrible service . So moved the sim to my phone and guess what the so called 4g signal isn't 4g its lte2 . My speeds aren't even close to my 4g mobile Internet theres a big difference.  As for the mini hub biggest pile of rubbish I have ever used in my life . Even the old 3g mobile home WiFi router worked much better then this . And these are ment to be the world's number 1 service 🤣🤣. Feel like bt messed up joining ee and have messed their customs up . Worse thing is this has been a issue from what I can see for the past 3 years yet nothing seems to have been fix or replace to improve the quality of the service provided
