Hi,
I have a 4GEE wifi mini, when i first got it it worked perfectly. But just recently it wont connect to the internet so im unable to connect to the wifi on my phone. I turn it on and it has all 4 lights are a solid blue and they stay on. I have tried restarting it, taking battery and sim card off. And plugged it in also. Anyone have any ideas whats wrong with it?

Does the Router have an RJ45 Socket (Ethernet) if so, power on and try pluging in to a PC or Lappy, once connected you may be able to Connect to the 192.168.1.1 to the Admin Setting that way. Some Battery Powered MiFis that have RJ45 Sockets can also let switch off the WiFi in order to save Battery as it may not be needed if you using a Cabled Connection, so worth checking these Settings.
If you dont have an RJ45 Port on the Router you may be able to connect to the PC or Lappy via the USB Charging Port but it could be fiddly and you may have to let Windows Set Up and Install any required Drivers etc on first Plug In.

I have a similar problem, my EE mini used to work fine last year but first time away this year I could not connect to the internet. When first switched on all the lights go blue then the left hand light (the one with the 4 bars) goes orange. I have a lot of hours left on it which I can't use

Are you able to try the SIM card in another device to see if you can connect to the internet?

If you remove the SIM from the WiFi device and pop this into a phone to see if signal shows.
This usually indicates no internet connection.
Have you restarted the router?
