Ended up having to top up via customer services as would not work any other way.
current credit is showing, however data still says zero and saying to top up what am I get it working please

Are you able to view and purchase data if you visit the add-on.ee.co.uk page when connected to the WiFi device?

Hi Lianne, thanks for getting back.
Only way to add data is to phone customer services. For a number of years I had no problems, just had to wait until the data pack ran out, ( not great if you're in the middle of summit), them my phone would promt at the top, click to login to your WiFi device. This would take me to an ee page that gave me a list of available packs, just select and away we go
Customer services did not recognise my description of the process of adding packs so could not help.
