Good afternoon,
Like many other before me there appears to be no official way to pass on positive feedback, so I will leave it here in the hope that one of the employees on the forum can pass it on.
I have just been dealing with a lovely gentleman called Harry in the upgrade and retention team who along with being a delight to speak to has helped me save some money on my bill. It wasn't an easy task as I have 6 lines and he patiently went through them all to get the best deal for me and my family. Unfortunately as the change was activated we got cut off and I wasn't able to express my thanks directly.
Please pass on my thanks and wish him well on his upcoming holiday.

Thank you for getting in touch and telling us aout your experience when you spoke with Harry.
It sounds like Harry has delivered some great customer service as well as saving you some money, so that definitely deserves a shout out to him.
Did you get a text message asking you to rate the call and leave feedback when the call ended?
