Hi
I have been an EE customer for several decades. Recently, my step-daughter moved in with us and we needed to set a new contract up for her. My husband is with a different provider but EE's contract sounded better (and cheaper), but she wanted to keep her existing mobile number. I have to say that every single person I have spoken with over the last few days has been exceptional. I have needed assistance a few times (a total of 3 phone calls since Monday) and the patience, customer service and knowledge of your Guides is 10/10. I'm afraid I don't have their names but I will happily send my details through privately so you can give the positive feedback to them that they deserve. My husband is actually planning on moving over to EE himself because he has witnessed the excellent service that his daughter & I have received.
Your staff are fantastic!

Hi @Katie_B - I've also sent praise through for Kelly-Ann in your Scottish call centre. I've put it through the complaints link but stressed it is a compliment !
You really should have a link - as a call centre manager myself nothing boosts team members more than recognition from a customer 🙂
