Charity raffle donation

Dear whom this may concern,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to ask for your support for a special fundraising event I am organising in memory of my mum, who sadly passed away suddenly on 2nd January 2024 whilst we was on holiday, aged 66. Just five months later, I got married. An occasion she had been so excited for but unfortunately didn’t get to see.

In her memory, I am raising funds for Asthma + Lung UK, a charity close to my heart as my mum suffered from COPD. The event will take place on Saturday 7th March 2026 and I expect over 100 people to attend, giving us a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness and funds for this important cause.

I am also running the London Marathon in support of Asthma + Lung UK and can provide an official charity letter confirming my involvement.

I am seeking a contribution for a raffle prize, I would be incredibly grateful for any support you could provide. Your generosity would help me turn my grief into something positive that benefits others living with lung conditions. I will of course acknowledge the company at the event and in our promotional materials.

Thank you so much for considering supporting my cause, it truly means a lot to me.

With gratitude,

Tiffany
