Sadly I didnt get a EE feedback message after having my upgrade sorted by Lena for the Portsmouth city centre store today.

Very helpful and friendly and sorted me out with my upgrade. And she has a great choice in music as well 

Slightly jealous that Lena has seen evanescence live lol 10/10 from me perfect Thank you Lena I hope you see this @Portsmouth if you do get the store or your feedback form over to me .

I'm really glad that you've upgraded with us and are staying with us even longer.

It sounds like she's got a great taste in music, definitely my style too.
