Today at about 11:15am, I went into EE in trinity square, Gateshead. The purpose of the visit was to upgrade my phone and my sons. After telling Ashlee what we would like help with, I had a big panic attack, couldn't get my breath and shaking. Ashlee was so calm and patient, another member of staff got me a bottle of water, unfortunately didn't get her name. Ashlee supported me, gave me space and was just an overall amazing person. To have someone serve us who showed patience and who seemed to care helped me so much.

Hi @EReay
Welcome to the community.
I'm so sorry to hear that you had a panic attack, I hope you're feeling back to yourself now. I am so proud and delighted to hear how Ashlee and their colleague looked after you, though. 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I'm going to do my best to get this message through to the store manager.
Chris 🙂
