i just spoke on the customer service lines and it didn’t send me a feedback link, not sure where else i can leave my review. i would just like to praise an amazing member of staff of yours who helped me for over an hour on the customer service lines today. i’ve been having some issues with my phone upgrade not working properly and he managed to swap my plan around so that i could get the phone ordered quicker due to the one i have right now being so broken. we then had an issue with the delivery, and he went above and beyond to try and ensure that i had a positive experience and that he could do everything he could to help. the employee said his name was jack, and i truly want to say thankyou for making what can be quite a nerve wracking and long process into such an easygoing helpful service. he truly went above and beyond and i hope he knows that it doesn’t go unnoticed, and it is refreshing to speak to somebody who clearly cares about the customer experience. you guys should be very grateful to have such an overachieving member of staff.
