How do I leave feedback?

Good Evening,

 

I’m not sure where to leave positive feedback and to best reach the EE Store workers.

 

However, I have a great experience when upgrading my phone at the Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex.

 

Naveed & Ruheet the two guys that helped me sort out and get me the best deal including my NHS discount when upgrading my phone.

 

Naveed was a trainee and being mentored by Ruheet, however both had such great customer service attitude, extremely helpful, polite and funny! Both made me feel like they were really trying to sort me out and I’ve came away with a positive experience. So much so I’ll always now use that particular store from now on.

 

Thanks to you both.

You really are a gret ambassadors to EE.

Awful worker name Wijay he was so rude and disrespectful to have to deal with I wouldn’t recommend any of my family or friends to come back to this company

Wijay was very dismissive of my concerns and was belittling my suggestion I honestly think he doesn’t know how to treat customers properly

he reception was poor, and their customer service was extremely frustrating. I was often left on hold for a long time, and getting through to an agent was nearly impossible. Even with text support, responses took ages, and I rarely got any helpful answers. Their overall customer service is far from satisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend EE to anyone looking for reliable support or service.

I jut spoke to someone in executive team a lady who was the rudest person I ever spoke to talk down to me like I was trash said nothing she can do about the no signal or data however I am still a paying customer it’s disgusting how you can you  ever have someone like that working, high up the chain like that the higher official on ee are dodgy guys no matter what they say go for the other companies at least they will treat you better they don’t offer you any discount after I haven’t even got any network or data just tells me to get lost I think reviews are the best way to complaint

this feedback for ee insurance team! stupid service. 1 month i'm waiting for delivery and all the time they lying! yesterday was noted delivery, someone called and told me it will happens in 24 hours but again noone coming. i took 2 days day off and lost money. i also paying this **bleep** insurance for stupid service. i'm angry i'm upset that isn't fair that i didn't deserve!!!!
