Yesterday (12/2/26) I went to the EE store in Stratford Westfield around 10am for help setting up my new iPhone. The person I saw, Rio, was brilliant. He was friendly, efficient, explained everything clearly and was happy to answer any questions. I can’t rate him highly enough other than to say EE struck gold when they hired him. I’m writing this here because I haven’t received a feedback text as yet.

Hi I have just been in the EE Antree branch and I was help by a very polite young girl called Courtney. You as a company should be honoured to have her as a member of your staff working for you.
She went abone and beyond to help me and she sorted my problem out where others would of given up .she is polite and kind and a credit to you . If I could praise her anymore I would . I just thought you should know thank you Courtney 😊

I recently spoke with Rio at EE, and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. From the very beginning, Rio took the time to truly listen and understand my query. As someone who is neurodivergent, I sometimes find customer service interactions overwhelming, but Rio was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding throughout the entire conversation.
He explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I fully understood the information being shared. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile to resolve an additional issue I was facing, without hesitation.
Rio was kind, polite, friendly, and genuinely supportive — truly the perfect person I could have spoken to that day. EE is very fortunate to have someone with his level of professionalism and empathy on their team.

I would like to thank your technical team ,Cameron and Laura for fixing the problem with my home phone over the weekend,They were patient with and oldie and made the whole experience a pleasure despite its annoyance at not receiving local calls. Thank you for fixing ,it was a pleasure talking to you both and you gave excellent service. Keep it up EE .xx
