After 4 agonising calls, agents lying to me, promising things that never happened and leaving me completely unhappy with EE and thinking about leaving, Nathan came to the rescue and solved my issue and helped me feel like I was being listened to again.
I originally took out an extra entertainment package to which I ended up cancelling as the sales person lied about the price.
A complaint was supposed to be raised on 2 occasions which never happened.
On the third call an agent cancelled the package and told me he would refund £20 gesture of goodwill which again, never happened.
On the 4th Call, which happened today 05/03/2026 Nathan calmly assessed the situation and ensured the situation was resolved promptly and kindly. He is a credit to EE and I wish I could send him a tip of some kind. I truly hope EE looks after agents like him who go the extra mile. Absolute credit to the company.

Thank you for sharing. I'm really disappointed to see that you didn't have a great experience with those initial calls, but delighted to see that Nathan was able to turn this around.

I would like to thank Harry at the Barnsley branch. He went above and beyond to get me and my partner the best deal. He was so well informed and very chatty, made us feel welcomed.
Special mention to Phoebe who also spent a long time in helping us too. She was very helpful.
