After 4 agonising calls, agents lying to me, promising things that never happened and leaving me completely unhappy with EE and thinking about leaving, Nathan came to the rescue and solved my issue and helped me feel like I was being listened to again.

I originally took out an extra entertainment package to which I ended up cancelling as the sales person lied about the price. 

 

A complaint was supposed to be raised on 2 occasions which never happened.

 

On the third call an agent cancelled the package and told me he would refund £20 gesture of goodwill which again, never happened.

 

On the 4th Call, which happened today 05/03/2026 Nathan calmly assessed the situation and ensured the situation was resolved promptly and kindly. He is a credit to EE and I wish I could send him a tip of some kind. I truly hope EE looks after agents like him who go the extra mile. Absolute credit to the company.

I would like to thank Harry at the Barnsley branch. He went above and beyond to get me and my partner the best deal. He was so well informed and very chatty, made us feel welcomed. 

 

Special mention to Phoebe who also spent a long time in helping us too. She was very helpful.

I spoke to Christian from the Wigan office who was extremely helpful, polite, friendly, and chatty! He helped me with my smarthub and to switch over to full fibre, saving me money which was a bonus! Honestly I can’t say I’ve ever had customer service that cool so Christian, if you see this, I hope you have an absolutely amazing day, every day!

hello, i would like to thank the 3 guides that helped me to sort out my queries ,the gentleman from Cardiff for ordering a new tv box as the original never turned up ( sorry can’t remember his name) the lady from up north for checking my account and   Deon for her help and getting back to me  because one account bt had set up was incorrect . i worked for bt and they used to call the thank you, s bouquets

Want to say a huge thank you to Dan Lauren and Faris for helping me yesterday.

firstly Dan, friendly, and so helpful to get an issue I had resolved, spent over and hour on the phone with me and talked me through everything that would be done to resolve the issue, next Lauren helping me go through my lines ( I have mums and daughters phone on my account) and helped to see if we could do anything to reduce my bill, last but not least Faris, helped me sort my daughters phone upgrade, I always recommend EE particularly due to the friendliness of the advisors, so helpful and supportive. Thank you all it makes such a difference when an issue occurs
