Hi All,

I created an account just to leave a positive review for Emma Billington who was an absolute angel, handling my situation promptly when nobody else could.

She was a breath of fresh air to speak to. A 10 minute phone call with Emma was more productive than a collective 2 hours I've spent on the phone with other agents in the last week.

Please listen in to the call between us at 10am 04/04/2025. I'm hoping the best for Emma and certainly hope to get through to her if I ever have to call EE in the future.

I've had several calls with BT/EE people in the past week due to a fault. They were all very helpful, polite, and well-informed. That can only be a good thing!
