Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Thanks. I have booked an in-store appointment because I cannot see what the problem is. I have checked to see if payment went through and it did. So I'm puzzled.

Ensure the store perform a 2way SIM-swap.
Put a known working SIM in your non-working phone - what result?
Put your non-working SIM in a working phone - what result?
This will ID whether the issue is device or SIM/account-related.
It cannot be the radio network if you had the same issue with calls when using VoWiFi.

How on earth do you get support?
Tried the app. Tried the internet. Tried calling 150.

I am having the same issues this morning and phone will not allow me to make calls to EE

@Username123451 A call to customer support is still a phone call so if you cannot make calls, then a call to customer support won’t work, does your device show a cellular connection ?

Yes it seems like the whole of the EE Customer services numbers are down, maybe they haven't paid there own network bills so they got cut off
Sometimes when you dial 150 it just drops and other times it says "we are sorry but this service is unavailable at this time" I've even tried the 0800 956 6000 number and that's the same issue.
This premium network of ours isn't as great as it once was it's getting worse by the day.
